5) don't spread negativity! don't deliberately say someone's fic is horrible

Q) Are extensions allowed?
A) yes! always allowed but please do give a heads-up to mods beforehand. usually for check-ins, you can simply just message a mod regarding an extension and it is perfectly fine! however, for the submission phase, there will be a form that is sent out specifically for extensions so please do navigate yourself there when it is time for that!

Q) I can't make it to a specific check-in :(
A) please don't worry about that. check-in's aren't to stress and if you can't make it to one, pleae do alert a mod beforehand or try to simply send a short message of "Can't make it this time round" and we'll perfectly understand! as long as you make it to the submission all is fine.

Q) I want to drop out. How can I do this?
A) DM a mod either via twitter or email!

Q) I claimed my first prompt and want to write a second. Do I need to wait for claiming wave?
A) nope! if you already claimed once, then you are free to simply message to claim a second. it is all perfectly fine as long as you only claim one prompt at a time (finish your first one then come to claim a second).
